“Great location and clean hotel. The convenience to Mayo was worth every penny”

“Difficult review to write The staff was excellent with me, very pleasant and accommodating The reason for my poor review is the location of the hotel situated directly beside the train tracks and crossing. Our first night 3 trains came by the hotel from 12:30am to 6:00am, each one blowing their whistle at the crossing waking us up. This happened almost every night at least one train after midnight waking us up. The other issue was the hotels policy NOT to clean the rooms daily. We called……

“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”

“This hotel s always clean and quiet. The staff is great and the shuttle runs right on schedule with great drivers. We use it to go to Mayo and after appointments we have never had to wait longer than 10 or 15 minutes for a pickup.”
